The error you are getting is when you updating the server with SP2 or SP3?

Hello,
have you disabled IPv6 in your network connection? If yes enable it and try to install again.

Hello,
You may have to refer to the application log and post the detailed error message for troubleshooting.
[Application log]
============
1. On the problematic Exchange server, click the Start, input "eventvwr" in start search box (without the quotation marks) and press Enter.
2. Click Continue if the User Account Control (UAC) window prompts.
3. In the left pane, click Windows logs to expand the subfolders.
4. Right click the Application Log and choose “Save all events as”.
Thanks,
Simon
